Contact
We run enquiries the way we run support: everything you send becomes a numbered ticket with a division, a priority and a response window attached to it. You keep the reference. Nothing gets lost.

How a ticket moves
You get a reference the moment you submit. It is yours to quote in any follow-up, on any channel.
A named person from the right division picks it up and replies with either an answer or the questions needed to give one.
Scope, timeline and price come back in writing. Nothing starts until you have said yes to all three.
Either it becomes a project, or we tell you plainly that we are not the right studio for it. We do not leave tickets hanging.
Before you ask
You get a reference number on screen, then one tap sends the full ticket to us over WhatsApp or e-mail. Someone from the division you selected replies within the response window shown on the ticket.
Yes, when the scope is honest about the budget. Tell us the number in the ticket and we will tell you what is genuinely achievable inside it — or say so if the answer is nothing worth doing.
It can. Pick whichever division is closest and describe the whole thing. Cross-division briefs are the reason Lyne is set up this way in the first place.
The reference and its details are kept in your own browser so you can look them up later. Nothing is shared until you press send on WhatsApp or e-mail — clearing your browser data removes the local copy.
